This online form is not for reporting lost or stolen medication.  The online citizen report form is only for reporting crimes within the Wasilla city limits, which have no suspects or leads. For telephone or internet fraud, report to the Federal Trade Commission at https://www.ic3.gov or https://reportfraud.ftc.gov. For fraud that occurs within the Wasilla city limits such as cashing a fraudulent check at a local bank branch or an account being opened under your name at a local business, please call MATCOM dispatch at 907-352-5401 option 6.

The Citizen’s Online Report will be reviewed and a case number will be drawn for each incident. If further investigative information is needed, you may be contacted by a police officer before a case number is obtained. Your case number should be available within 10 business days. Please save a copy of your responses at the end for your records.

Notice to person completing this form: Alaska Statute 11.56.800(B)(2) states: A person commits the crime of false information or report if the person knowingly makes a false report to a peace officer that a crime has occurred or is about to occur.
