City Maintained Streets & Roads
The City of Wasilla maintains approximately 67 miles of roads within its 13 square mile boundary.  Forty miles of these roads are paved and 27 miles are gravel.  All roads within the Wasilla City limits are maintained by either the City of Wasilla or the State of Alaska Department of Transportation.  No city roads are maintained by the Matanuska-Susitna Borough.

Please call the City of Wasilla Public Works Department at 907.373.9010 to report potholes, road hazards or maintenance issues on city roads.   

State Maintained Highways & Arterial Roads
The Alaska Department of Transportation maintains the Parks Highway, Palmer-Wasilla Highway, and other arterial roads through our city; such as Knik-Goose Bay Road, Wasilla-Fishhook Road, Bogard Road, Church Road, Main Street, Seward Meridian Parkway and Old Matanuska Road.  The State of Alaska Department of Transportation can be contacted at 907.745.2159 for needed maintenance on highways and arterial roads in our area. 

Borough Maintained Streets & Roads
If you live in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, you may contact Borough Road Maintenance at 907.861.7755 to report road issues.
