Land Use Appeal

In accordance with Wasilla Municipal Code (WMC) 16.36.060, any interested person adversely affected by a decision or order of the Planning Commission, may appeal the decision or order to an administrative hearing officer. You may fill-in the appeal application form, which is available below. After completion please print and submit with payment to the Office of the City Clerk. It must be filed with the Office of the City Clerk within 15 calendar days after the date of the decision or order of the Planning Commission.
