14-06	Amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Salary Structure and Pay Ranges for Local 959 Employees of the City of Wasilla. Adopted: January 13, 2014
14-07	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Annabel's Books for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $26,940 for twelve (12) months. Adopted: January 27, 2014
14-08	Adding Wasilla Police Station Dispatch upgrades to the fiscal year 2015 State capital funding requests in the amount of $934,000. Adopted: January 27, 2014
14-09	Supporting an Alaska Clean Water Actions 2015 Grant proposal to develop plans and cost estimates to reduce the amount of metals and hydrocarbons being discharged into Lake Lucile through the Parks Highway storm water system. Adopted: January 27, 2014
14-10	Transferring funds within an accounting fund in the amount of $15,000 for new communication equipment in the City Hall council chamber. Adopted: February 24, 2014
14-11	Supporting the Matanuska-Susitna Borough grant applications to the U.S. Department of Transportation for Fiscal Year 2014 Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) discretionary grant program for funding the Palmer-Wasilla Highway Corridor Plan and a Sustainable Corridor Development Plan for the Mat-Su Borough. 14-12	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Luda's Creations for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of approximately $540 for three (3) months. Adopted: March 24, 2014

14-14	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Valley Girls Salon for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $7,200 for twelve (12) months. Adopted: April 14, 2014
14-15	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Big Daddy's Tobacco for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $33,591 for twenty-four (24) months. Adopted: April 14, 2014
14-16	Transferring funds within an accounting fund in the amount of $53,437 to cover FY2014 budget revisions. Adopted: April 14, 2014
14-17	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Clumzy Clover for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $28,940 for twelve (12) months. Adopted: April 28, 2014
14-18	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Gypsy Girl for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $1,080 for six (6) months. Adopted: April 28, 2014

14-20	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Area 51 Hobby and Games, LLC for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $35,472 for twenty-four (24) months. Adopted: June 9, 2014
14-21	Authorizing a 30-year lease at the Wasilla Airport for Lease Lots 7, 8, and 9 to Soloy Helicopters. Adopted: June 9, 2014
14-22	Adopting Fiscal Year 2015 Salary Structure and Pay Ranges for Non-Union, Laborers' Local 341, and Teamsters Local 959 Employees of the City of Wasilla. Adopted: June 9, 2014
14-23	Ratifying the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Wasilla and the Laborers International Union of North America, Local 341 dated July 1, 2014 thru June 30, 2017. (Please see HR for signed copy). Adopted: June 9, 2014
14-24	Accepting a Federal Aviation Administration Grant in the amount of $598,432 and associated State match in the amount of $19,948 for Airport Security Equipment and Perimeter Fence Improvements. Adopted: June 23, 2014
14-25	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Jasmine Teeling for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $3,060 for twelve (12) months. Adopted: June 23, 2014
14-26	Amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Salary Structure and Pay Ranges for Non-Union Hourly Employees of the City of Wasilla by removing the Interlibrary Loan Coordinator position, renaming Library Aide position to Library Aide I and placing the positions of Library Aide II and III on the hourly structure. Adopted: June 23, 2014
14-27	Ratifying the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Wasilla and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 302 dated April 1, 2014 thru March 31, 2017; and adopting Fiscal Year 2015 Pay Ranges. Adopted: October 13, 2014

14-39	Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Younique Boutique for leased space in the Meta Rose Square in the amount of $31,380 for twelve (12) months. Adopted: October 27, 2014
14-40	Authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $9,500,000 variable rate demand revenue bonds (SouthCentral Foundation Project), series 2014; The execution and delivery of an indenture of trust and a loan agreement to secure the bonds; the execution of a bond purchase agreement; and providing for related matters. Adopted: October 27, 2014
14-41	Amending the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center Fund, FY2015 budget by eliminating one Building Support Lead position and adding one Building Support Laborer position and amend funding associated to this restructure. Adopted: November 24, 2014
