A Proclamation is an official document issued by the Mayor to designate a specific time period (day, week, or month) for the purpose of raising awareness or celebrating historic milestones.

Proclamation requests must be received at least one month prior to the desired City Council Meeting date for Mayoral consideration.

Please note, the Mayor’s office reserves the right to modify or deny any Proclamation request.
