Cottonwood Creek Park is located along Cottonwood Creek between the Parks Highway and Palmer-Wasilla Highway. It contains a green belt area on the east side of the creek where a trail system will be developed and an area on the west side of the creek for a trail head and pedestrian bridge across the creek.Cottonwood Creek Park has a 10 acre green belt, picnic table, and a future 2.4 acre trail head.
