Newcomb Park is located on the shores of Wasilla Lake.

The park and lake are beautiful grounds for friends and families to play, jog, swim, fish and relax. Picnic tables, benches, pavilion and restroom facilities are available.  Bank and boat fishing are allowed with proper permits and licenses.

During our winter season, ice-skating and hockey are great family-friendly activities.  When weather allows, enjoy the lights and wonderful winter ambiance.  Weather permitting, skating is open from the end of December through the end of February.  Groups should be considerate of one another.

The community may reserve a park pavilion free of charge.  Example for use include:  parties, reunions, field trips, practice games, staging areas, etc.
